ServiceNow acquires our client VendorHawk

Congratulations to our M&A advisory client, VendorHawk, who was acquired today by ServiceNow: https://www.servicenow.com/company/media/press-room/servicenow-acquires-vendorhawk.html. VendorHawk, the technology leader in SaaS vendor management, was founded in 2016 and accelerated through Techstars Seattle in 2017. VendorHawk lets companies discover and manage the ever increasing SaaS spend across an organization and will complement the ServiceNow Software Asset Management product line. From a NextPath Advisors standpoint, we've gone full circle as one of our previous companies, Scout Analytics - acquired in 2014 by ServiceSource, provided customer success management to SaaS and information providers on the other side of the subscription value chain.
