NextPath Advisors client Legalpad acquired by Deel

Congratulations to Legalpad, our M&A advisory client, that has been acquired by Deel.   This acquisition enhances Deel’s mission, which is to break down hiring and immigration barriers, giving employers speed and flexibility to manage worldwide teams.  Legalpad, based in Seattle, will become part of Deel’s worldwide platform which enables companies to hire, pay and manage employees no matter where they work.  See Deel’s announcement here.
